to respond to your concerns and request.

We apologize for any miscommunication pertaining to our baggage guidelines. Given that we have no
way to verify what was advised by phone or if your request was somehow misinterpreted, we are not
able to reimburse or compensate you for your inconvenience. If you could provide us with the name of
the crewmember that provided you with the incorrect information and the exact time of your call,
we'll be happy to do what we can to retrieve the call. In order to do so, we must have the name of
the crewmember and exact time of the call.

Minibikes have never been permitted as checked baggage. As such, we are truly at a loss to explain
how this information could have been given.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that future experiences with JetBlue will be positive and
wonderful.
