I never could get that carb to run right on my TB117 either. Real quirky in the mid. Ended up puting a 24 Mikuni flatslide on adjusted the idle and is the best running carb/motor I've ridden: spot on everywhere right out of the box. Feels like alot more power too especially up top. But I'm no carb tuning expert either.
