I have run gold chains on everything since I began updating my motors above 88cc because the same thing happened all the time. Once I put on a real heavy duty chain, it never happened again.

Case in point...I took a brand new, non HD DID chain and slapped it on my CT70 with a TB108 motor in it. And guess what...its doing it again. I'm going to have to go get me a heavy chain. I think a stocker style chain is good up to 88cc...after that, better open up your wallet just a pinch more.
