Is there any way to test a rectifier to see if it is working properly? I found out why my battery kept dying..it was receiving 26 volts! I swapped out a rectifier and it went back to a normal 9 to the battery but the hot to the lights is registering a -3 at idle to -17 which obviously isn't right.
