Well, if you can register it just do that. I will have to go outside and count on my 73 frame how many digits there are. If you Jb over it than you are one short. If you ever get pulled over tell the cop that it was a mistake. If all digits match except last one then he will know it is the truth. Either way kind of a tough spot. Good luck. -D
