I like using ITS because for $80 there is no hassle. At least that is the cost on a CT70 of vintage 75 and older. You can go the bonded title route, but then you have to take into account your time. DMV in virgina takes about 2 hours to get through. I'd rather pay the extra 25 bucks and just do ITS...then I can go dmv to the title line and scoot right through.
