This is a CF Posh "Big" reed cage and there spacer both since discontinued
i am sure there are gains with the larger reed valves Below is the inside view(Huge compared to stock)

This is another Big reed cage from japan again with the Posh spacer,It is from Jun International.With the frequency they turn up and the prices they command used on Yahoo Japan, I doubt this is a useless mod.(The Jun is about $170.00 USD new)
