Back in the day, I hauled my Z50 K3 in the back seat of my 2nd generation Trans Am. Before that, it sat nicely (standing up even) in the trunk of my dad's 1970 Ford LTD.

Nowadays, my Z50 is in boxes in the corner of my basement while I collect parts for restoration.
