Please post a pic of all your plated 73s. Hell, post a pic of one! PS - 73 Z50s did not come with brake lights. Things are a lot different today than in 1969. Not saying you're full of ****, just saying prove it if you're not.

i shall meet yer challenge, now i gotta figure out how to post pics. my one 73 is bone honda dealer stock and i rolled it of the floor myself and it does and did have from new front and rear brake light switches. check yer frame id plates and read what it says. if it was road legal back then it is now. i know how to procure legal titles for these bikes. i was on the phone with my friend jeff t. from minigunz last night and even his old mini,s were able to be plated in calif. i really do not understand all the problems that the other states make for you guys. move to pa. for a week and go thru a title service, get a title and go home. i wish it was that easy for you. i will post pics with plates visable and maybe a pa. title. best of luck to you.

Got my Lifan frame plated today...It was a breeze with all the right paperwork filled out. I'll probably transfer the numbers onto my G-Craft frame and build a fat 12" monkeybike once the CT's finished.

that is what im talking about. go to yer dmv or notary public and ask what hoops ya gotta jump thru, then jump thru the hoops and waaaalaaaa, ya got a streeter. this is what i do and it never fails. good for you and have a great time with yer new build.

G-Craft frame? got pics?

I was thinking about transferring the numbers to a different frame too. Already found the number/letter punch kit to do it too.

It's a CRF50 frame...I plan on modding it to fit a monkey tank and seat. I dont see any point in making it a dual shock though, so a G-craft triple box CRF swinger will go on...(Daydreams of that single sider go through my head)...This frames too sweet for a dirt bike anyway ! This will be next winters project.

Here's the donor bike.

With all that aluminum it should be light.I can't wait to see what you build out of it.

You wont have any problem if all the paperwork is in order. The back of the MSO needs to be properly filled out and a legit looking bill of sale will be needed. I just made a bill of sale for the list price of the whole bike ($699 msrp). I know the people at our RMV would question plating just a frame, and they would tax me on the full price of the bike anyway. Good luck.

Thank you sir!Good idea about just pretending it is a whole bike.I'll do the same.Did you just print the bill of sale up on the computer? Is there any particular way I should do it?Or should I have the seller print one up for me?I'm gonna be diggin' a street legal mini,if I can get it done...

Re: found on e-bay,new lifan ct-70 frames with street motorcycle mso

I just emailed the seller and asked him to send me a bill of sale for around $700.00.We'll see if he will or not.How does the MSO need to be filled out?Or is it self explanatory?

Yes you do need one. How else can you carry a passenger? So you need a 2 seater mini cuz you don't have one...
