Now THAT'S what I'm talkin about. A thread about actually going somewhere on a vintage mini. I've thought about a trip like that for years and never found the wherewithall to do it. I think you might be my new hero.

I think a touring/rides subforum would be cool. Love those photos of your bike all loaded up with the sign on the back! Did you get many takers?

I did that as a joke since I looked like a bum. I did get $20 from one lady at a gas stop. Cool! paid for my lunch and fuel.

I'm looking for a riding partner to go to Daytona, Biketoberfest/The Adv. Scrub with. I Live near the southern LA/Ms line. Would like to leave there within a 150 mile radius. ride will about 1300 round trip from my house. Backup will be on call, but not on the ride.

My ideal partner will take an vintage dual sport 250cc or under capable of 50 mph cruise .But an street bike will be acceptable. Wrench,camera,personality skills a plus. Tits I pay for the motel. Moobs we split the tab.

My wife is in some of those pictures so I get kinda pissed when people diss my pics. Not everybody can be 20 yo,no kids and airbrushed with perfect lightning to hide flaws.
