Have you tried to mount a RH number plate over the T4??? Is the rear brake lever bent or hitting your footpeg mount?
Looks really nice by the way,new fenders really gleam!!!
Congrats, Josh.

Re: Lets see everyone's Z!

i got a new footpeg mount so the brake lever can come up more because its a knockoff the mount is just straight out instead of curving up.
i dont think the numberplate will work, plus i like showing off the procircuit pipe

IMO - If your gonna run no seals and bash it around in the dirt alot . The dirt will find it's way into the bushing and eventually wreck them plus ruin the fork legs too .

Modifications :
Trail Bikes 88cc kit w/20mm carb
Trail Bikes high volume oil pump
Fast50s triple tee, bars and billet throttle
FiveO +1" extended front fork legs and heavy duty springs
xr75 +4" swing arm with the xr75 chain guards
Takegawa rear shocks
Kitaco 16 tooth front sprocket
xr50 10" wheels in front and back

I have a Fast50s exhaust pipe shipping now and I plan to get the Trail Bikes 4 gear transmission and their manual clutch kit. Hopefully I can stop buying parts for this thing after that. But who knows...there's always the racing head and stroker crank!!!!
please post photos with the new pipe fitted on. im planning on building a bike very similar in spec to yours with the extended swinger and crf/xr wheels.

Here is the bike with the new pipe. I didn't put the skid plate back on yet - I want to adjust my valves while it is off. But the bike runs and sounds great with the new pipe. It is a bit loud for the neighborhood, but if you keep the revs low, it is tollerable.

Re: Lets see everyone's Z!

Outside of Brad's house in summer of '07.

Bike was "finished" in '03, and it's just a simple little 88cc. Will probably get a new pipe for it at some point, as I've never really liked the one it's got on it now - but it works!
