well today i got productive and pretty much finished the motor, new gasket kit, rings and honed the cylinder! next up should be finish tank and move on to welding the frame...... picssss

I am sure it is reasonably simple but how did you extend the swing arms?

i used some steel tubing about 1.5 inches, put a bolt on the inside of the swing arm and welded the pieces in.
