My Mood: | Re: ST90 MOTARD project thread mmm not really...I just bought a couple of frames and decided I wanted to do sumn no one else has with it so I stopped everything I was doing so my one active brain cell could concentrate and thought of what was available and what I had on hand...motor no prob...forks are FASTACE..no prob....had to have a stem custom made but that was not expensive....swinger was like $40 off egay...shock well whatever you want to spend...the rest is imagination some tools and walking around a metal store or the home depot with an open mind.....cheap actually and not too many if any people have it

I would guess $200 for the whole setup. I would like to do that setup one of these days.

actually that will not buy the fork set-up but ya can use alot of other types of forks...I have 3 sets of cheapo China forks I could have used...or stuck with the original ST set-up but I want sumn unusual...and i hope it handles well...it has a loong wheelbase so it should be stable and i have been strengthening the frame so I hope tere is not any or much flex..the stamped frames are bad for cracks and flex

I should have went with a 70 frame..much less modding...the 90 engine mounts do not fit nothing bu a 90 or a 110...they do not even fit the ATC125M estart motor which is based off the 110.....I think the ST90 had a longer wheelbase and frame not sure tho..did not have a CT70 to put beside it to check

I can't believe I missed this thread. I guess I saw ST90 and assumed it was a ZB knock-off. Even then I would have checked it. Well, anyway, this is a cool project, I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Stance is looking good! Test run can't be far off. Gonna build a pipe from scratch? High or low? Spear next to the grill looks like you've been eating the neighbors Koi again.
