i ran the Kitaco one. works alright. but the 5 row that Z posted is a nice piece. run an oil temp on the bike and watch the temp with your current cooler. You probably dont need anything more unless your really riding the bike hard most of the time or dont change oil religiously. |

Close to home MOCAL - OIL THERMOSTAT 3/8 PUSH ON - M-OT-6PO Or if you want to go bling you can use an active thermostat Loading... or Thermostat Kit for Oil Coolers - Thomas Geisler Tuningteam - Artikeldetailansicht I am running a jialing 138 without oilcooler in a pbr(st90). And a small skyteam stock oilcooler on a lifan 150 in a monkey clone until I can figure out where to mount a daytona 7-row cooler. (The earls core and the valve cap breather are clashing) |

Mocal push-fit is sized nicely. The tricker A/N one has huge -8/10/12 fittings.

Prolly can take it apart and ID tap the inlets for a more mini-sized set of lines.

Perma-Cool makes an inline thermostat that has NPT ends so that you could thread whatever fitting you wish into them. Remote Oil Thermostats ![]() I'm toying around getting one since I think my TB oil cooler cools my TB 117 too much since I'm running at 55 mph most of the time and I'm not running in the efficient part of the engine temps. The oil cooler always feels too cool. |

There are japanese thermostats that come on at 70 degrees celsius and run $160-$300 depending on how fancy you want the 6AN fittings and anodizing to be. Work like a charm with earl's 6AN Hose.

Yikes! I am just running the Cheapy oil cooler that came with My iron barrell 140cc kit from tbolt. I have 400 or so miles on the engine with it so it must be ok..I re sealed the ends before I installed it but it seems to be working very well.I have had some 50 mph 30 minute runs with it and Its always ran like a champ..I'm running rotella t in it..
