You could take an old SL 70 or XL70 frame and make a swingarm and axle carrier and make a trike, then maybe some custom widened triple clamps. ON 3wheelerworld.com thats what they do to make a suspended 70.

I would make friends with a welding shop / machine shop. And Trade services. Bartering is my first option if I don't have the funds. MAybe get the newspaper involved and do a story on it. Good PR for the welding shop that does the work.

I have a friend that is a certified welder and builds custom bicycles, he has offered to do any welding I need done.
