With the demand for 'fast' Madass 50's you shouldn't have any trouble getting rid of that bike, especially since it is basically new.
I would price it like a new one, and take a loss on your big bore kit.
Just a note: From my experience with madass upgrades, Your race head 88 kit will not pull a 16/39 sprocket combo. I doubt you will be able to get the engine to wind out with gearing that tall. I mean we use 16/39 on engine kits over 140cc, and they make loads more power and torque than a race head 88cc.
