If the carb that came on the bike looks like the one below, it is a 22mm
Mikuni-clone carb that was standard fare for the Chinese bikes. The baseline setting at sea level was needle clip in the 3rd or 4th position from the top, a
#100 or
#105 main jet, a
#17.5 pilot jet. The
fuel screw should be 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 turns out from seated. Being that it is a
fuel screw, you turn it
OUT to
richen the mixture,
IN to
lean it.
