Updates on my stock/mod...bike is MiniMotoSX rules compliant except for VM26 carb/intake and hydro clutch. Both soon to be removed.

Stock cylinder bored to 60mm with TB piston/rings
TBR race head
Pro Circuit T4 pipe
TBR airbox removal bracket
3 Sik110s stiff clutch springs / 3 stock clutch springs

TBR stiff fork springs (Aggressive)

Works Performance shock (Race Tech with rezi on the way)

TB 63mm fully skirted piston (cases bored)
TB standard race head ported + cam
TB 55mm stroker crank, lightened flywheel
TB Oil Cooler
VM26mm carb and ported + matched intake
Tak 6 disc + cover (now off) -- went back to auto clutch
BBR 4 speed + chp billet shift star
Two Bros dress up
Two Bros M6 pipe w/ custom name badge (now has black header wrap)
Two Bros peg mount + YZ250 Pro taper cleated foot pegs
Two Bros OTT pedal
Two Bros top clamp
Two Bros Skid Plate
Two Bros Kicker
Two Bros tall seat
Two Bros bump start
Two Bros Shifter
Two Bros wheels (wheels hubs and brakes are all murdered out)

Bump on a sick bike but I thought you had to run the stock head and stock forks

Did you use a -3 Brake line then put the cable through and make a custom cable for your front brake line??? That is so sick!! Where did you get that done??

thanks! i just took a BBR +3 FR BR cable and got wire loom that comes in a car stereo amp wiring kit, slid the cable right in and fused the ends with rubber fittings. It fits nice and snug and its one off lol...built the lil monster from the ground up myself. too much time on my hands

So it is a Hydro Brake line that you put the cable in correct? One thing I would do is put a Stiffner on the line because that Hydro Line isn't as stiff as the Cable line that is Stock. The line when you compress the front forks probably buckles and goes in toward the wheel maybe. Just a thought,,, but that sh-- looks so nice bro!

Thats the Quiet tip. Different cone and there is a insert in it.

Yeah, it's just then insert and end cap...and it's WAY quieter. The old style is really loud. I have the old style Ti4 on a bone stock bike. There is a big difference. However, you can buy the insert and tip for the old style.
