It is a very tight fit. Once you grind the shock mount it should all fit perfectly.

I remember towards the begining of last year, Yoshimura had those up for grabs on their website though when I finally decided I wanted one, they were no longer listed...Now I know why haha. They also used that pipe on that badass drz 70 motard build they had for display at the indy trade show last year.

Yeah jdmp is correct about what the exhaust is. Just seen that some people were asking what was so special about it and yeah it does not even look nothing like the rs2 from yoshi as people were thinking it was.

First off it's made to fit a KLX110 in stock form. It bolted right onto my bike with out having to mod or grind my shock mount but that due to Sik110's making a nice piece thats not a big bulky piece of aluminum all bolted together. It has a slightly larger size header than th RS2 system. Yosh called it the TRC PRO series. Just machine your shock mount to make it fit and you will be happy with it for sure. ![]() |

Well like I mentioned in my first post I tried putting the pipe on with out the shock and shock mount on the bike so it was like putting it on a stock bike so the pipe should have fit through but it did not at all so I had to unbolt the motor and angle it in there. Not sure if you had to do that. But I will try grinding my mount and see what I come up with. Yeah the sano shock mount is super bulky for sure. Thanks for the pics of yours and know I know who has one of the other two. So its me and you and wonder who has the last one? |

P3Racer - did you drill the hole for the rear rim lock in the wrong spot?
