Pointing end forward. Tight fit but keep pushing, that's what she said.

When are you getting your "more motor" motor?

The reason I ask is I was wondering if that new decomp head mod could be incorporated somehow?

Re: Pitster Pro Classic 125!!

I don't think that a monster electric start would be problematic to build now that TB has the compression release that should easily be adaptable with their non-110 clone heads.

That being said, you can bore the cases out and do up to a 60mm skirted piston and easy peasy 63mm stroker crank using the offset pin to make ya 178cc. So, ok..you now have 178cc in an electric start motor...what are you going to do for your flywheel because that electric start flywheel is EXTREMELY heavy and you are going to have trouble keeping it from spinning on the taper and shearing flywheel keys.

Remember my 143cc out of stock honda cases? well, before it was 143 in stock cases, it was 138cc in electric start cases. AND I had that problem with a custom super high quality Made in German crankshaft and a lightened HONDA electric start flywheel. The snap was so hard that that flywheel couldn't get on that shaft tight enough.

It will be great if you can get it...just pointing out something to be careful with.

Re: Pitster Pro Classic 125!!

He's getting a new pipe and VM26, shortly. I took a quick video(phone) of the TB pipe, my 4.1 and CHP pipes on my little 117. Now to figure how to upload them...

Re: Pitster Pro Classic 125!!

The new TB pipe with not work with the bike/engine combo I have. Pister Classic 125 with a PIRANHA YX 150cc Engine.

The pipe hits the rear turn signal big time as well as the clutch arm on the engine.

Big time bummed, now I gotta sell this pipe and find another.
