Re: Porting and Polishing work - $95 until Christmas!

Mark does awesome work and I can vouch for that and I can vouch for Boyesen pretty much inventing porting and stuff so I'm sure both mark and Boyesen know whats going on guys.

Anyway, how about a package deal for my stock 50 head and my SE head from my 110? haha

The superflow 1200 does go up to 50 inches. You have to have the flowcom computer add on.

I can Tell you this Have no doubts about Marks work at AHP when it comes to Preformance. He has done some work for me on a few motors and on Team Mini Me Racing GPX Heads, and AHP is responsible for the Port job on MillBillyFiddys head intake and Cam selection on his Championship winning Motard 114cc motor that I built....

Re: Porting and Polishing work - $95 until Christmas!

Mark or Oldschool,

If I upgrade to the TB Race Cam for the BVH, do I need anything else other than the other Cam Sprocket? How reliable will the motor remain? I dont want to tear into it every week and reset valves, or anything else other than maybe twice a year... remember I dont race, but I love to tear up my yard!!

I am definately going to try and get my head there regardless of upgrades. Just waiting on the new motor to arrive.

Very Reliable,
I would also definetly recomend some Upgraded Valve springs when you install a Preformance Cam.. it helps Prevent Valve float and Spring bind

I check my Valves regular as its part of my Proper maintaince....

as a motor is a terrible thing to waste...

Mark has all the correct parts you want and need

Re: Porting and Polishing work - $95 until Christmas!

Thanks Oldschool!

I was thinking, I would have to upgrade some other areas with a more aggressive cam, but was not sure. This Mini thing is getting out of hand and I dont even race!

Mark,
If you get an extra minute PM me a price on the TB Cam and other necessities including the port and polish. Thanks!

Re: Porting and Polishing work - $95 until Christmas!

Marc,
do you know the flow rate of a stock BVH and ported BVH (23mm/27mm)?
You said the 20/23 valve E22 style head benched 210cfm in stock trim and 260cfm after work....I'm just wondering the difference.
Thanks,
Mike

Yes for sure, we can get that working as good as a worked over TB race head with the 22/25mm valves. Send your VM intake along with the head please, is that pipe 1-1/4" ID?

To all the stock head guys, the best piece of information I have on this is that I have done a lot for the Motard guys out in Michigan who had to remain at 50cc, and the one dyno of Ryan Wolfes 50cc engine with my porting work put down something silly like like 5hp, pretty impressive. Also, you can run a 70 carb then as well with better results.

Sweet. I'm still waiting on my carb kit so it might be a few days before everything goes out. Plus I need to move some funds around so when I send you payment through paypal it can be quick and painless. But the pipe is not that big .I think it's around 22mm.I'll send the measurements with the head.

Hey Mark, anything to be gained by a port/polish on a stock GPX 124 running its stock carb and cam? Would be adding a lightened fly & Pro Circut pipe. Thanks for your time.

Hey man, the stock Jialing head casting is really bad, I am sure you have peered inside just the intake to see what I mean. A year ago when all we were selling was the high compression pistons for the GPX/Jialings with a cam and port job people were loving it, there is a lot to be gained by cleaning up that stock GPX head. Let me know if you want more info, I would do that and throw a cam in there for $50 and it will be an entirely different machine.

Re: Porting and Polishing work - $95 until Christmas!

Wondering about doing a stock 110 head with stock piston. It has the stock pipe and everything still on. The stock pipe is drilled out at the head and is jetted very nice with a pod filter. Would I be able to tell any difference without doing anything else? Or would I have to do other stuff to really make it work. I have a 134 kit in my other bike with the 26mm carb and a head done by PRC and am really happy with it. Just wanting to do something a little different with the stocker. Thanks!

Thanks Mark! You will be hearing from me on that in a day or two. Have a old school racer project going. Want a nice 4-spd manual for it. That sounds like the ticket.
