Shawn and i got some progress done today. We installed the taka clutch kit and primary gear and installed the new clutch cover and ignition covers. ![]() ![]() ![]() The under tail yoshi was all lined up and welded today ![]() more to come |

Old bracket has been removed and relocated. Sanded down then polished. New Yoshi Badges and walah! Custom KLX110 Undertail.... Now i just need to drop the head pipe off to have it ceramic coated then finish up your subframe and powder coat it white to match the frame. Came out nice. ![]() and then mounted on the bike ![]() ![]() And lastly shawn got the BBR brake back from being polished (was looking pretty rough before) and shad hooked up the toe peg gloss black, came out pretty nice. ![]() i think it turned out pretty sickk Last edited by tjindo16; 11-14-2009 at 01:46 AM. |

so we snapped a few pics today of the progress. The bike should be all done by tomorrow.
