Re: The indo motard build

Shawn and i got some progress done today. We installed the taka clutch kit and primary gear and installed the new clutch cover and ignition covers.

The under tail yoshi was all lined up and welded today. The can will be sent off for polishing and the exhaust pipe will be jet coated. The pipe looks so nice tucked under the carbon fiber tail.

more to come

Re: The indo motard build

Old bracket has been removed and relocated. Sanded down then polished. New Yoshi Badges and walah! Custom KLX110 Undertail.... Now i just need to drop the head pipe off to have it ceramic coated then finish up your subframe and powder coat it white to match the frame. Came out nice.

and then mounted on the bike

And lastly shawn got the BBR brake back from being polished (was looking pretty rough before) and shad hooked up the toe peg gloss black, came out pretty nice.

i think it turned out pretty sickk thanks shawn (at BmS)

Re: The indo motard build

neat concept for the pipe but looks like it going to kill some H.P. being so long and having all those un-needed bends.

Their is only 4in of extra pipe, and the bends shouldn't hurt the hp that much. We will see when i take it out on the track

Re: The indo motard build

so we snapped a few pics today of the progress. The bike should be all done by tomorrow. The only thing that i need to get done is mount the tires, add oil, saftey wire, and grab a new oil filter.

here are some pics

Kitaco plus 2 swing arm
