I've never used JBWeld but I can assure you that Devcon titanium putty is a mongrel to grind with an angle grinder ........LOL ........ That stuff is tough .........

I just looked it up and they state that if you're going to machine it ... do it before 24 hours otherwise it'll wear the machine tools ........

ok, but that would be pretty worthless to use for me, cause im going to test different portings wich means that i have to take the head of and re-port it til i find the best porting.....

now im buying a head thats already ported, better cam with MUCH lift and duration, forged valves and....28/24 IN SIZE!! and a kehin 28 mm carb(real kehin) and a daytona intake......nice?

I am the guy who has ported the heads foe the 19+ hp 141cc engine. I have also done several Daytona 119cc 4-valve heads that give 19.5hp at 11500rpm. I have dynoed my Suzuki 1000 on the same dyno. It has a full exhaustsystem swap, thinner headgasket and a power commander. The Suzuki has 149 rwhp so the dyno is ok.
