My Mood: | Re: Ttr pics
got the swingarm in for the ttr110, its a sano plus 4 for the ttr50. Its a perfect fit and same measurements for the shock location and width for the frame. I tried to locate the right bearings, for the front but the ones that come with the swingarm are too small to run the stock swingarm bolt, I used 2mm OD larger bearings that would be found in a aftermarket klx110 swingarm, just took 1mm of material out of the swingarm and popped the new bearing in and drilled the spacers out and bolted it on. I orginally planned to run the ttr50 hub and just use the ttr50 rear brake but i had already laced up my excels with the stock 110 hub. Just gotta make a bracket for the brake torque arm to use the stock 110 brakes, I used the stock rear spacers with the thin one included on the brake side and I cut down a stock klx110 sprocket side spacer to about 1/4" width, everything lined up good. just got to get a chain tomorrow and It will be set... But this swing arm is roughly 1" longer than the stock one adjusted all the way out. enjoy the pics. Thanks Willie for trying to find the right bearings, which aren't out there, but klx bearings worked fine with a little mod. ![]() |

Here is mine and its for sale. Has the GYTR big bore kit. I put a ttr 90 cylinder and piston in it and it runs better and is faster with the GYTR head. And you don't have to deal with special ordering a 84cc piston from yamaha when you want to rebuild. Two bro's extended swingarm, fox float shock, 12" front rim. BLue HD rims. GYTR pegs, shifter, and brake lever. GYTR kickstart kit. Great bike. Hit me up with offers. Located in Las Cruces, NM 88005 Last edited by cgaday; 11-03-2009 at 10:37 AM. |
