The Honda NICE was a motorcycle made by Honda for the Thai Market.

Then, you can have a German company bore and stroke the motor out for you. I'll dig up the link. Or you can have a UK company do the work for you also.

In the end, it's not cheap, and you have to modify your footpegs and run aftermarket forks, but in the HP wars, the Japanese can't yet beat this combo. Find a way to mate the Kitaco SE head to the Honda Nice 160cc motor, and you'll have a rocket on your hands.
