Brad,

NSR running gear, hand-made mizimoto exhaust from Japan, haven't decided on the motor, and don't plan to start modding until next year.

More like this:

I don't need any more bankroll bikes, just need one with 12" wheels, front and rear discs, and a motor that gets me up on the high 70's on the street and looks good getting there.

My Mood: Dead
Dan,

that ZB looks so sweet i think i just got a dam tooth-ache.

like i told you, when i was on a road trip picking up the honda cubs, that guy offered me his mint cond. zb50. i didn't even want to know the price he would ask, it would have been very high - and i didn't want to even think that i could afford it.

...i have another project in the works myself that will need some attention. it's something rare, brand new, & from HRC.

i managed to uncover more new / mint monkey baja parts as well from Japan; headlight assembly, new seat, new front plastic w'decal and speedo assembly.

you & the guy who was at minigunz can keep the ZB parts in check - but i've got the monkey baja parts on lockdown.

if i could come up with a perfect z50R, or a good-priced baja from Japan, i would love to do a all-stock baja transformation....

later, z50r-picklenose

Rare and brand new from HRC - If it's a mini, you either got a Dream 50R, or an NSR50 of some sort. Am I right?

Screw building a Baja from a Z50R. You can find good used ones all day long under $2000 plus $300 shipping to the USA..

Regardless, keep me posted on your projects. This one may take me well over a year to kick off. Too many darn choices on all the custom JDM parts, and fabricating them to fit the ZB frame (since it's different from the Monkey R). I'm taking my sweet time on this one.

All is well in Monkey Land.

I made a promise back some time ago to Dan and I know some other people that will be upset with me on selling it and not giving them a chance, plus I could have put it on ebay and who knows what would have happend................ but if I did that - I would not be a man of my word.

I stuck to my word.

*Plus - Taco Mayo was good stuff.

Yes - it is at a better home now - where it belongs. The Unicorn will be a sight for us all to see.

*Now I need to replace it with a Panda or a Z50 = Monkey like bike.

G1rm made that from an actual picture for me.
I need to remove it off of my sig on there.

When you finish the bike - have him make a new one for you - he works with that www.Fiddylife.com website and is a very good guy.

No worries........
