Re: slapaho16(Ryan Tanksley)

The mods on this site can't enforce good communication between buyer and seller - no matter how many forums are created for buying/selling.

As for the attitude that people can't ship "every god damn day".... well, excuse me, who the hell said you needed to? The generally accepted practice of online buying/selling is to communicate first, and do things in a reasonable timeframe. For me, I'm fine with shipping once a week if I do business with a private party. Just tell me before or right after I pay "will ship it in a week". done, no problem. If I as a buyer need it sooner, or immediately, I would let the seller know that before I payed to set my expectation with him/her.

Well said . . . just let the buyer know when, stick to the date, and communicate often if for some reason things get delayed. We all have busy lives and life occasionally gets in the way, but there is always time for a quick email to update the status.

i will understand that international shipping takes longer than shipping in the US . but two weeks ago you did let me now that the parts where shipped and then i asked for a tracking number , but after i asked several times tru PM and e mail .NO ANSWER until now !!! so let me now on PM what the tracking number is so i can find out where the parts are !!! maybe they are stuck in customs , but only the tracking will let me now !!! thanks

it takes a really long time to ship international. I bought a wheel from canada and it took a month to get to me because of customs

Re: slapaho16(Ryan Tanksley)

i always try to ship within the first week. i have to wait for the money from paypal to transfer to my bank account. im low on funds so i sometimes lag and people get pissed.

im still dealing with someone (busaman) about parts i bought in august!!!

i traded for 70 forks, clamps and a 70 swinger. i got the swinger in 2 weeks. the clamps in 3. and still havent recieved my forks. i understand the whole thing of not being able to ship in a few days sometimes. but sometimes its just to long.
