what swingarm did you use?
do you have +1's?
i guess thats all i need, i have never done this b4 and i want the perfect stance so i will not compromise. another thing i like about that swingarm is that the shock mounts are almost directly over the wheel axel. this allows for bigger shock without sacrificing stance or wheelbase. the shocks i put on yoshimura from thailand. alot of 'good' parts i get from thailand and they ship relatively fast too. |
ok, axle to axle is 40 inches even.
swingarm is 16 inches total length and 14 3/4 from center of the swingarm bolt to the center of the axle.
the fattest part of the shock mount is 9/16" from the edge of the sprocket, but the mount is thick, so I don't think you will have any problems with the shocks hanging over far enough to contact anything.
the shocks are 13" hole center to hole center, and 14 3/8" total length.
the swingarm is off of an xr80.
how much were your shocks, and how long are they?
I hope that answers your questions. if not, I will be out of town til next tuesday, so it'll be then before I can do anything else.
