We had use Millenium Technologies at the shop before but only for OEM specs cylinders, I don't believe they do oversize bores or portinng, that is why we use Kustom Kraft Performance when we NEED o/s bore nikasil plated cylinders......

This is endless,In order to plate the cylinder walls with Nikasil they strip the entire cylinder of paint,Now i have to paint the damm cylinder because it is bare cast iron at this point!..........

Well i just packed up the Malossi cylinder and head for a trip to upstate N.Y.to Swain Tech Coatings http://www.swaintech.com/store.asp?pid=10297 tomorrow morning for a makeover,I figured i might as well as it has been totally stripped clean down to the bare cast iron during the Nikasil plating process.I should have it back by the end of the week......
