yea... but those are bigger companies... a smaller opperation cant possibly afford to stock parts that might not be ordered very often.... i know what ur saying though.. i use those companies too.... i like the fact that they are quick.... but only the specific item i wanted was avalable through Mark for a cheaper price....

All I know is a friend told me, that his company stopped dealing with them because they were too much of a pain to get a hold of. No one answered calls or emails. The company is a multi million dollar distributor of parts and 5 0 still couldn't get their act together to deal with them. I still like all their parts though, there are sick...

They are still around, just hard to get a hold of a lot of times. Shortyspop1 took about 2 week to get him that pegmount kit he talks about but then it was missing the footpeg pins so I had to pay for BBR to send him some to cover it. ehh... business..

five-o has some really cool parts, but yes their service sucks. i ordered the grips on their site and got sent a totally different pair then what was described. different shifter too. and my handlebars took 3 weeks to get. |

its cuz five-o doesnt make money... market is so soft right now, the owners have to look elsewhere to do business. No excuse for bad service, but just an explanation. And no, they are not run out of garage... they should be though, the cost of the shop is what is killing them.
