people still ride dirty except you get fines and probation which can lead to suspension the past is in the past and the teams dont put up with it much anymore...

remember a couple of Kawi riders that did what they wanted also both lost their rides....and one helps out at his dads motorcycle lube company the other is a Speed channel announcer both were championship riders....

99.99% of riders now is all about Big money and Big business riders actual hire business managers, trainers and traine and invest

not like heading out for a few beers at the local Bar or hotel waterhole after the supercross or nationals like before they (Random drug/alcohol screen) at every major AMA event now

thats the profesional im talking about...you have to or you dont ride.....

ya but how do you know stewart and reed arent a$$ holes off the track? my point is the man is not fake, he makes an impession and sticks with it. I think he is a good adition to the sport.

it sucks he got hurt i personally think the guy is awesome and an asset to the sport he is true to himself and his fans i met the guy at the orlando supercross last year and will do anything for his fans he sat and signed anything and everything for hours during the pit party while alot of the factory riders would come out for 15 mins and then disappear back into the truck even if they still had fans waiting

also the guy is running on his own dime and doing well you have to give him some sort of credit

I have to have some respect for a guy who can jump OVER a supercross starting gate. (Las Vages) Plus he could probably beat the hell out of anyone he wanted.

a very valid point .
love him or hate him he is one of the stars of supercross , and if you don't like him tell him in the pits (or just talk krap when no one knows ).

If he was a nice guy would we or the rest of the world even know who he is? I doubt it. His personality and reputation is how people know him otherwise he would be just some other no namer. Personally I think he is alright just because he doesn't take any crap and isn't afraid to speak his mind.

My wife thinks he is "Hot" I don't know what she is doing with a guy like me if that is her taste of guy but oh well. Maybe just a fantasy.
Anyway I forget what round it was but last year a friend of mine sorta knows him and told him about my wife. We were standing out in the middle of the pits and he came over and put his arm around my wife and introduced himself. My wife nearly pi$$ed her pants. It was cool. She is not the type of person that would go over and try to get his autograph.
I think he is genuine cool guy.
