Re: Cycles 128, 2009

Just got back riding with Evan and my Brother Tom in vernon CT behind golf land. HUGE abandoned parking lot right next to the highway. It is sweet since No one can hear you there since its right next to 84. Definitely going to go and hit it up again before I take my street tires off.

Just noticed that tom has a s10 takegawa cam in his bike and I have a s35. Mine does not seem to make good power until up high. With toms motor "s10" cam it has so much more torque. I am switching back to the s10 cam since in the tight sections tom could walk away from me. Only place I could get him is on the wide open straights.

EPIC RACING. For the main events it was 10 laps, so even if you didnt get a good start you still had sometime to try and make up for it. Made for some serious battles. Hat goes off for another awesome series. Cant wait for next year.

I'd love to do another ride day. The only problem is that the weather is so unpredictable that it's almost impossible to plan more than a few days ahead. Like I've said before though, the track is here and ready to rip. If people want to come up, I'm fine with that. I just can't do food and stuff if I don't know who's going to show up. Some of the locals like Dave Souza ride here pretty regularly.

Let me know if you're interested...
