I'm pretty sure that if there's a points tie, the win goes to the higher finisher in the second moto.

Yea, it looked like the software messed up, If memory serves me correct, it should be 3-1 is 45 points, 1-3 is 45 points (winner being the best finish in moto 2) and 2-2 is 44 points. Again I could be slightly off, it's early, but I know 1-3 and 3-1 get the same number of points.
