Mike's pretty busy and may respond slower than your friendly neighborhood Firepower

Well, I might have been wrong. Hey FirePower, why does TB sell the crank and piston together as the 88 to 108 upgrade kit if the piston isn't needed?

Thanks for answering my questions. I think I'll just buy the crank. Anyone know what the AFT 24mm carb from TB is like compared to their 26mm Mikuni?

Any other input on the TB 24mm carb? Any good or not. I personally like the TB 20mm Sheng Whey carb. Or should I have gotten the Mikuni 26mm?

I hear they're fine. 26 is pretty big for a 108.

Well Im going with the TB 24mm. Just got my order in time for Mike to ship today before he leaves for Vegas. Anybody have any trouble getting the damn stator cover screws out! They are the only screws I got left before I can split the damn cases. HELP if you have any advice before I strip the damn things out! |

Use an impact driver. If that doesn't work, slot the screws with a Dremel and then use the flat screwdriver attachment on the impact driver.

Yeah, my impact driver's phillips bit is broken. I thought I could get them out without it. Guess I'll have to by a new impact driver if their not too expensive. Otherwise I might just slot them like you mentioned.
