I got it dialed in with a 170 and some float adjustment solved some other issues I was having. Now Ive go a torque monster. thanks for everyones imput- even though it was all different. Sometimes its just best to try everything and see what works. |

I think the jetting on this should be 20/160. Then start moving your needle clip around and I bet you get it all figured out.

I'm 17.5 / 165 / middle clip.

You were right filthyboatguy. I can't believe a different pilot would make much difference in the midrange, but it did. 165/17.5/bottom clip seems to be the best. Thanks for the info

You shouldnt have a 26 on it to begin with, you should be running the Takgawa 24mm kit.

I run a 108 with same carb with a 210 main, 17.5 pilot and the thing runs awesome, finally got it dialed in and top end runs great with that big of a jet! My biggest prob was the original pilot was to big and the main to small-now all is good!

26 is still to much carb guarentee a tm 24 flatslide kitaco kit would make more power

I'd say go with a 24mm flat slide,we're running the Takegawa 106's and one guy gained almost a full hp with the 24 flat over the VM26.That is a big carb and would be best on the 124's
