Just a personal note from Dave at Sano...

Ken and I used to be partners in Sano until a few years ago. Ken went on to promote races and do other things. He was a great promoter (Del Mar Sx, Metz Fest, ect, ect) until he got burnt out. He just stopped doing minibike races all togther and got into Rhinos, side-by-sides, trophy carts ect. I asked him why he stopped doing pit bikes and it wasn't because of the money. He surprised me with his answer. He told me he quit because of the complaining of the competitors and parents. Nothing he did was ever right. I think he missed the pit bikes and now he is back with the help of Nick from PM. Just please keep in mind Saturday that this is a grand opening. A party. A fun race. Free gate, giveaways, FUN pit bike racing. It's not a world championship MiniMoto race. As much as I always want my Sano guys to win, I understand that pitbiking is just a fun sport that I'm lucky to be involved in. Maybe give them some pointers or tell them that there is an issue, but please keep it fun so we can ALL have more of these events.

Just got back from the track again. The way Ken has everything set up is going to be legit. I'm so stoked for tomorrow thank you Ken and Nick and everyone at pala that are helping making this event happen.

you guys are all excited about this, aren't you...i haven'd ridden since last milestone race, 5 hour 15 minute drive, leave in the morning and come home after the race...hmm, may see me, may not.

I live same district it sucks. Nothing but zaca and motoclub. But motoclub is public tomorrow might see what there mini track is lookin like I heard the redid it.

central cali isn't bad. I know of a nice track here lol. Umm, moto club did redo there mini track but i havent gone out there since i rode big bikes

got the bike finished and it started up first kick! wasnt able to rev it up cause it was so late, but the lightened flywheel and new clutch pack felt good, yeah i could feel them, yeah

i should be there about 1 or so, depending on how long the drive takes. might take a while to get past the lakes mall
