News:

Brian Miller from Five O will be out at the PlanetMinis.com 2009 Mini SX @ Pala Raceways Grand opening..

Remember everyone.. You'll be apart of History. This will be the First Race EVER! at Pala Raceway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at Pala today and had a chance to walk over and check out the new Mini track. WAY TOO COOL !!!! I wish I would have snapped a few pictures. Thinking about heading back tomorrow to ride the Vet track and I will snap some new photos if I go. They were still doing things around the track, adding a cool elevated announcing tower and packing down the track. Can't wait to watch this race ... going to be awesome! Hope the turnout is really good so they will hold more events their! The guys working on the track seemed super excited about the race for next weekend!

Ya Big Air! Chase Ballard knocked out the build in a couple days, and did and INSANE JOB!!! I sent a text and email to about 400 Mini Racers!! we are hoping for 100 plus racers!! we will see ... Shoot some pics... Thanks Kj

O.k... I'm heading back out tomorrow to ride the vet track and will snap some photos of the new mini track. Looks great !!! Will post photos as soon as I get back.

Just got back from Pala. They have about 10 people on big equipment doing all kinds of work at the track! They are working hard to make the event on the 11th. a great one! Here are the photos I took of the track today. I talked to one of the guys who works there and he said the track will be worked in even better shape over the next few days. They are watering the track to let the dirt pack and settle in. Wish I had a mini now !!!!!

The Track will look way different on RACE DAY!! The dirt is insane at Pala!! My phone and Email have been blowing up!! Don't miss this one and be early for sign ups!!

What would be a comfortable time to show up, and set up without being rushed once there?

Gates open at 8am.

All the tracks are open at 9am

Registration is between 2-3pm.

I would get there between 10-12 to get my bike set up. Check out the other tracks and enjoy the other attractions going on. If I were racing...

If i were driving 700 miles I would leave on Friday morning.. Camp out.... then ride all the tracks Saturday morning before the race. Take a nap!! then get ready for the race!! spend the night .. Ride on Sunday Morning and get on the road by noon!! If i were driving 700 miles.
