the best race of the day was between matt simmers and chris walters on stock 110s one of the funnest races I have had all year.. there needs to be more people on bone stock motored 110s... I still say for next year that 12 stock should be pipe, filter, jets and limited suspension for the 12 stock.. not who has the fastest cheater motor.. lets get some more backyard battleing going. 111cm3 or maybe another class for true stockers.. no cheater motors |

there was only ONE cheater motor out there this weekend, and that was Tim Scott, #639 ...he had a TB race cylinder, and I protested him, so as far as I know he got DQ'd... As far as everyone else beating you on your non "cheater" motor goes, there just following the "vegas" rules, trying to be competitive so where not out there wasting our $35... Once the rules state, what you want them to be, with the pipe, filter, jets and limited suspension then you can say everyone is on a "cheater" motor... untill then, everyone is just following the rules... i aggree that if everyone was on the "true" stockers it would be a backyard blast, but when it cost you $35 a race and theres a points championship on the line, you gotta do what you gotta do to be competitive as long as your following the rules

matt, i think your right next year there should be a 12in. stock class- with stock motor and little bolt ons like pipe, jets, air filter and stiffer springs, taller bars. then have a 12in. stock- mod class which is stock suspension and aftermarket motors. then 12in open. which is do unlimited amount of mods you want. we get a true stocker class, then i will build a stocker, then i can race your ass in 3 classes LOL.

i propose a new class for next year... Gentlemen's class klx/drz/ttr90/ttr110/crf70 everything must remain stock except you can change the following tires shock fork springs/dampening rods triple clamp bars seat plastics sprockets exhaust jets air filter hd clutch springs peg mount pegs cradle mount is allowed skid plate what do you guys think? Maybe I can talk an extra class into the nationals... maybe 5 to enter, winner take all??? what do you think? Last edited by simmersm; 09-08-2009 at 05:42 PM.

Timmy is a good rider, never doubted his skills, but its the fact that he would put a TB cylinder on and race the stock class. I cant help it theres ways of bending the rules with the "vegas cheater engines"..but if you have such a major problem with it, maybe you should start putting your input 2ups way, b/c theres nothing wrong with modding out your stock 111cm3 engine according to the 2up rules. And by the way, there is a pretty big differnce between a 111cm3 made into a 143 and a TB143...totally different types of metals, and weight difference. And I race my pitbike for fun, just like you and everyone else, but I happen to come from a 8yr backround of bigbike mx racing and anything that I "pay" to do, i take seriously and im out there to win. And if i win the points its going to make my latrobe experience a little cheaper. So maybe you should tuck your vagina lips in and wait till theres a new class next year if alls your going to do is cry about people who arn't breaking the rules, and stick up for the guy who is CLEARLY cheating. And dont worry next year i'll be in the open class where there arnt really any ways of cheating and the riders tru ability shines so people like you cant sit there and whine that your getting beat by a "vegas cheater"

I am definatley in favor of a "gentlemans" class next year. I'd be in that one for sure. I think it would be a popular class.

As far as crying... your the only one complaining about a guys motor that isn't even in contension for your points lead. Your same guy who didn't want to race at Rocket in the mud.. imagine that MOTOCROSS in the rain and mud yes, a TB cylinder is totally different then a stocker bored out. that extra pound is a heck of a difference. I was saying that he wasn't using a tb jug. I was stating that even if it was a stock cylinder punched Timmy being so light would still make him faster than you. and you call me out like that again, it would be ill advised..

YES Simmers that was a fun race, i miss battling like that back and forth. To make it an even race for everyone it should be bone stock; I completely agree with you on that one. Ill see you on the gate next race. You and i will be the only ones out there not cheating. hahahaha
