Im lowering my chaly forks right now but cutting a inch off the upper fork sections thus keeping the original fork travel. as apposed to cutting the lower and reducing it.

The Chaly are the threaded cap types, and what is needed to be done is either cut and re-weld or cut and re die. I just had to order a very had to get ahold of freakishly large die to have the job done.

Interested in hiring out that die Brad? I gotta do the same to my Chaly...
