I found a way to fix broke plastic when glue is not strong enough. You drill holes in each side of the plastic and stitch it up with wire. You can add glue if you need to make it stronger. It worked on my fender and my visor.http://i650.photobucket.com/albums/uu222/shmalphy/SANY0045.jpg...

When one of your plastics breaks, you can drill holes along each side of the broken edge. Then use wire to stich the plastic together. Go over the whole thing with epoxy and you have a sturdy repair that looks like hell, but your pockets are as full as before your bike broke.
