I mounted the motor to low and not tilted forward enough :x

I cant fit the brake pedal above the foot peg and under the kick starter ...

I tried making it go under, but that idea SUCKS......

Does anyone have a "good " mech drawing of the rear motor mount?

Started this project with a new zhenhua 50cc ape copy bought unregistered from a friend who bought 2 off them.One for him and one for his friend.His friend in no time had it stripped,engine transplant from a 1992 honda cg125 (pushrod) and painted in orange and silver.Looked class.His friend then decided to sell it once finished,and his mate bought it back finished the way he was going to his.So this left him with 2 bikes,the 125 and this 50cc.One had to go and i had seen both bikes in his garage,but the 125 was not for sale so i offer him a cheeky price for the 50cc one as i knew he want rid now,and i had an idea where a cg 125 was been broken for sale.Bingo,offered accepted,on the trailer,in my garage.I then went and purchased the 2004 honda cg125 engine,loom,switch gear,cdi and clock's.Back home i removed all these parts from my brand new bike a replace them with all the honda parts,except the clock,but i need them for there loom.Had to cut off the rear lower engine mount and reweld it in a different postion,but the top rear and front down pipe mount were almost perfect.Bodged an exhaust togeather and had to remove the choke lever from the carb as it fouled the frame.It all came together quite well in the end then.I've still got to fit a the small yoshi end can and a proper choke cable.Comments welcome.

If the cones are not available, what size metal should be used for this? Also, are those best welded with an accetaline torch?

Going to fire up the motor for the first time since I have been building a cr 80/xr100 conversion. Just hope the motor is good since I got it used but has a brand new bbr 120 kit on it.
