Is a CRF 150 an 4 stroke version of a 85?

Ive been told by some people that is true, and that they are faster just you cant race. I want it to be an alround bike, for trail, track, and whatever else you can do. My main consern is size and power. I never really felt comfortable on 2-strokes.

Has anyone tried running the double radiators on a CR80/85? I figure the tank and shrouds would fit right on. You would just need radiator brackets.
