Black in color and in good shape. Notches were made to fit cradle style frames or frames with a bolt on cradle. Can still be used on a frame without a cradle by using some washers. Got this with some parts I bought and have no use for it.

Bump see people selling these for $60 shipped. Yeah mine has notches cut to make fit a cradle frame but you can still run on one without one just use some washers.
