For the record, those fork legs are not made by Kayaba. They are Kawasaki KSR I.II fork legs, not to be confused with the KSR110. Early 2 stroke street bike. You should sell those pretty quick. |

| Re: kitaco inverted forks crf 50 You should ask more if you don't want to sell them really, really quick. if I had an Ape or XR100 motard or a ZB project and wanted really good fork legs, then I would buy them. I'd merely purchase new triples and have a good set of front forks and run then with NSR50 wheels and Brembo 4 pot calipers. Good luck with your sale. |

pretty cool. how stiff are they? can you jump a 50 with these forks and not bottom out? would you split it up at all? perhaps the fork setup without the wheels? just curious.

Pierce, they are super soft for aggressive street riding. As you know i have a set for my APE> So far ive hard anodized the uppers and bottoms black and had Ray Perez (RJP Racing) working with them and he ended up having a set of custom springs made up and added some preload adjusters. I should be getting them back at the end of the week. Again not sure if CHP did anything to theirs as the softness might be fine for others setups, for my style of street riding and my weight they are a bit too squishy. PS if anyones interested i have a set of stock KSR110 triples for these forks. Last edited by reynolds_brad; 01-30-2009 at 10:55 AM. | |

Is it easy to get replacement parts for these, like the fork guards? They look great if anyone has a photo of them on a bike they could post up that would be cool.

Thanks Brad, I will stick with my Kitaco front end then. I don't need to spend that much on them to make them work just as well..... Good luck with the sale Slappy!
