i put my lifan 110 engine in my Z50 can i run a streaight pipe form this

A straight pipe from what? If you would like to run an open header for an exhaust you will loose a ton of power. Either keep the stock exhaust, or get an aftermarket exhaust like the minigunz exhaust or a nice down pipe.
