| 1985 Honda z50 runs sometimes
I have a 1985 Z50 that will run with a brand new spark plug in it but it ends up makeing the spark plug have eradical spark and the bike wont start unless i get a new plug, ive played around with the jets and also cleaned the carb but nothing seams to work please help

Make sure you have a good connection with the spark plug boot and the plug wire. Sometimes, the strands break, and taking the boot on and off the plug may cause intermittent spark. You can carefully cut the insulation back 1/4" all the way around, then twist the insulation off, and fan out the wire strands. Then, re-thread your plug boot back on.
