Has anyone mentioned how much you suck for finding that (before, say, I did?) Congratulations, that's pretty cool. Man, $100? |

Yep, pretty much everyone that's seen it. $100 CAD = $84.75 USD, but that does not even come close as pay back for having the Z50 I had from my childhood stolen. | |

| Re: 1991 Z50R Garage Sale find I can imagine; I never had a small Honda OHC single as a kid (I had a Yamaha MX80, the plug foulinest machine ever and I didn't know what to do about it then; I think the oil injection quadrant must have been set to "mosquito control" or "tactical concealment") but one kid in the neighborhood had a '78 Z50A and two other kids had CT70s. Despite the suspension limitations, their bikes always ran. It made an impression, and when I got a chance to get a Z50 years later it was like being a kid all over again. Still is, really, and I've had the thing for close to 20 years now. Good luck with yours. If you're the kind of person who can appreciate what a Z50 can do, they're really pretty priceless.

Super find! You stole that! Nice job so far! Check your swingarm bushing though. If you didn't remove them BEFORE powdercoating they are toast now. The heat from the oven will have softened them drastically. Swingarm will now have play under power. $10 replacement part. CHP, DrATV etc have them. Good investment. |

Hey I tried to reply to you PM but it didn't work but thanks for the PM. Could you tell me the name of the place that did your coating. I might do the same in the future. Thanks Mike |

Made some more progress. TB pipe is on, but haven't had time to do the chain and sprockets yet; either 15/34 or 16/34...
