| 1k and a z50
so, a buddy of mine has a z50 with a clapped out motor....he's got 1k he's willing to dump into it....what do ya'll think?

I'd talk to Reynolds_Brad he's always finding cool Z and Monkey stuff, and I'd bet he'd now the best places to get stuff from.

A G wont get you much of the good stuff from over seas. how clapped out is the bike? Planning on streeting it or running it on dirt? |

i think he just wants a nice bike to run around on the street with..it's an 83 z50, not a monkey...off road bike....but he just wants to putt around in his backyard and run around his neighborhood....he's not looking for a street legal bike...and consider the motor almost a total loss...the front end needs to be redone..hard parts are ok..frame is good, needs sprockets, chain, and rear shocks..tank is good...but remember also this bike is 100% stock...do they make big bar upper triples for the z?
