Beatrice Cycle has this downswept exhaust. I like the look of it. It won't work with a foot brake though.

Love that under the seat exhaust Is that available? or a custom job Dilligaf?

My next project is going to be a lot of custom work. Have come up with a few cool ideas putting this daily rider together.

Nice rims... what kind are they? Is the frame nickel plated, chrome, or just paint? I like the thought of nickel plating one of my K0 frames.

Any worries about heat issues with that exhaust? Looks like it might burn the seat, unless there is a heat shield that I can't see.

I love aluminum fabrication, but that weld is awful. Looks like steel. Maybe it is an attempt at 'smooth welding' but I am just not into it.

... this is a weld on my beach cruiser I just put together... and what I feel a good looking aluminum weld should be:

Did you see that episode of American Chopper recently too?
Where they nickel-plated everything on an oldskool build?

Nickel does look sweet

No I didn't. I just like the idea, I guess because I used to be into old school bmx bikes and the really old ones where often nickel plated instead of chrome.

I second Dilligaf's concern. I thought their pipes were purely chromed steel.

Minigunz uses chromed steel, not stainless.

I have the R&L exhuast on my K2 it performs great and sounds very nice but it is not a bolt on ready I had to cut and turn my header flange and reweld it to fit and the exhuast tip will require a bracket too. I have a 124cc stroker motor with a Kitaco SE crank and a TB HC piston with alot of other stuff done pretty fast for a hard tail on eights I need some tens.

I'm going to be buying a Minigunz once I can get one from Jeff. then I will put a 88cc in her to make it more rider friendly.

Go to www.winmc.com and look at all the exhausts on that site. You'll find something you'll like I am sure.
