88BBK on what engine? A honda or a chinese panda 50cc? The best mod for the chinese 50cc engine is to sell it to someone else.

how about a opinion that isnt biast with only honda? for the money 88 ,plus a future set of mods but if you want cheap power thats pretty reliable(and jialing)GPX motors can be reliable for a long time if you take care of it properly go with the GPX then |

It's all a matter of personal preference if someone wants to build up a honda to an 88cc engine (55mph with a race head, 20mm carb and good exhaust) or a GPX that will probably perform better but will diminish future resale value, and may have fitment problems depending on front end clearance. There's no right or wrong answer to these questions, as it's all personal preference of the builder. | |

my friend installed a new TB 88 race head kit on his honda 50 the same time that i put a 124 gpx motor in my bike. If you take simple care of the motors; cleaning the airfilter, REGULARLY changing oil, and its a "race motor" so dont go through the sand for hours cause the motor will get hot. The GPX destroys the 88 on every part of the track

sorry if i misunderstood you Z, just seemed like you were saying get that chinese crap outa there instead of giveing it a try but i do agree my GPX motor is holding up but for me to tune it right and get this and that to work it needed some more work just saveing for a 50 build later down the line so i might shoot you some questions later on |
